The Point is a collection of exquisite residences situated on a coastal bluff in Oregon in arguably the most picturesque part of the west coast of the US. Spectacular over-the-ocean sunrises and sunsets are visible from practically every window. Every apartment and studio is equipped with high end appliances and finished to the highest standard. As a resident of The Point you will have access to a private deck that sits 100 feet above the water with 270 degree panoramic view – perfect for morning yoga or sunset BBQ.
Despite being spectacularly scenic, The Point is close to everything. It is a short walk, 5 min or less, to three restaurants, two bakeries, a bike shop, a kayak rental shop and a medical center. You can walk right out your door and jump on the scenic hiking trail, or catch the beach access at the end of the driveway.
All studios are well equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and include wall mounted fireplace and large flat screen TV’s and bluetooth streaming media.
The point provides ample secure parking and has a washing and drying facility on request. Fast 400Mbs WiFi affords great movie streaming and remote workplace.
